Shluchim servicing Jewish communities across Queens, New York, gathered on Tuesday night for a farbrengen marking Yud Shvat, yom hilula of the Frierdiker Rebbe and day the Rebbe accepted the nesius.

Leading the farbrengen was longtime Buffalo shliach and mashpia in Nyack Yeshiva Rabbi Nosson Gurary.

Rabbi Gurary, an accomplished author, lecturer and mashpia for many, farbrenged about utilizing the auspicious day of Yud Shvat, and related memories from his years growing up in the Rebbe’s court.
