Chabad Early Childhood of the Shluchim Office hosted preschool directors on Shlichus for a beautiful brunch with dynamic sessions during the Kinus weekend.

Chabad Early Childhood is the international network serving Chabad preschools on Shlichus. The annual event during the Kinus weekend is a highlight for these Shluchos to discuss relevant issues and gain practical guidance and inspiration.

“I wholeheartedly enjoy and benefit from the programs of Chabad Early Childhood year round and loved the Kinus event,” shared Mrs. Sara Hecht, Shlucha to Park Slope, NY. “Chabad Early Childhood makes my life so much easier, Kol Hakovod to the team for all the support!”

This event kicked off with inspiration from Mrs. Chanie Krasnianski of Chabad of the Upper East Side, NY, who focused on the strength, responsibility, and influence of Shluchos in early childhood Chinuch.

Mrs. Yocheved Shapiro of Tamim Academy of Boca Raton, FL addressed supporting staff and parents when children are facing challenges, covering one of the most challenging and emotionally demanding aspects of preschool leadership.

The sessions concluded with an interactive panel including Mrs. Perl Stroh of Chabad Early Learning of Upper West Side, NY, Mrs. Endi Tennenhaus of Chai Tots of Hallandale FL and Mrs. Rivky Barash of Hollywood, FL, who shared real-life guidance, practical takeaways and facilitated an open conversation around common challenges faced by preschool directors.

“Meeting the directors in person and gaining inspiration together was so meaningful and uplifting,” said Mrs. Rivky Baitelman, Chabad Early Childhood director. “I look forward to seeing everyone again at our upcoming recharge retreat this April!”
