‘PraysWorthy’ is ChabadU’s New Online Summit on Tefilah
ChabadU is launching PraysWorthy, a five-part online summit designed to transform the way participants understand and experience prayer. Five presenters will blend Chassidic wisdom with practical insight, followed by an interactive question-and-answer segment.
ChabadU, the Chabad.org platform for courses on Jewish topics, is launching Prays Worthy, a new five-part online summit running 3–7 Kislev, aimed at deepening the understanding and experience of prayer in a practical and meaningful way.
The program will explore core themes that Yidden have grappled with throughout the generations, such as the nature of prayer, whether prayer can change a decree, and how the words of the Siddur can feel personal and alive.
The summit will include video presentations and live discussions from leading teachers and presenters, blending Chassidic insight with practical guidance, followed by a moderated Q&A each evening. No prior background in Chassidus or formal learning is needed.
Among those participating are Rabbi Shmuel Kaplan on the origins and essence of tefillah, Rabbi Yossi Paltiel on unlocking the heart through Chassidus, Mrs. Geulah Newman on climbing the rungs between Heaven and earth, Mrs. Chana Margulies on the Shema and the secret of Oneness, and Mr. Shmuel Goodman sharing a story of authentic tefillah for someone who does not know Hebrew – all presented in one cohesive framework.
Chana Weisberg, producer of the summit and host of the Ordinary People Extraordinary Stories podcast, will moderate the nightly Q&A sessions, providing an opportunity for deeper reflection and practical application.
Organizers note that the series seeks to present tefillah as a living avodah, offering structure and clarity while remaining accessible to a broad audience.
The program is available at www.chabad.org/PraysWorthy.
