The Rebbe’s mazkir, Rabbi Leibel Groner, was given a ride home today from his office in 770 by a police officer from the NYPD Community Affairs Division. Traffic in Crown Heights was very difficult to navigate, with many streets closed due to the annual West Indian Day Parade.
