With the new year just around the corner, Yeshivas Tomchei Tmimim Poconos has announced the addition of renowned Mechanech Rabbi Eliyohu Edelman to its team of Hanhala.

With the new year just around the corner, Yeshivas Tomchei Tmimim Poconos has announced the addition of renowned Mechanech Rabbi Eliyohu Edelman to its team of Hanhala.

Rabbi Edelman, who spent many years teaching at Oholei Torah in Crown Heights before heading out on shlichus to Scranton, Pennsylvania, will take on the role of Mashgiach Ruchni at the Yeshiva.

He will join an accomplished staff that includes Menahel Ruchni Rabbi Menachem Mendel Silman, rosh yeshiva Rabbi Menachem Mendel Aizenman, and Mashpi’im Rabbi Shmaryahu Matusof, Rabbi Shmuel Neuman, and Rabbi Menachem Mendel Gurevitz.

The announcement comes as the yeshiva prepares to welcome students for the upcoming academic year in just a week.
