At a meeting with the President of Israel, Yitzchak Herzog, director of Merkos 302 Rabbi Mendy Kotlarsky presented him with a unique leather-bound volume of ‘Make Peace’ with the Rebbe’s vision for achieving lasting peace in Eretz Yisroel.
