Recently deceased Rav Shaul Breisch is seen addressing the crowd at a Lubavitcher Bar Mitzvah in Zurich in 5747/1986.

Rav Shaul Breisch, rov of Kehillas Agudas Achim Zurich, Switzerland, and renowned posek, passed away on Erev Shabbos, 26 Tishrei, at the age of 86. He was the son of Rav Mordechai Yakov Breisch, also rov in Zurich and author of the responsa “Chelkas Yaakov.”
Rav Breisch was a fiery chossid of Rav Aron of Belz who “lived” with his Rebbe daily, even 60 plus years after his passing.
The photo presented here was taken of Rav Breisch addressing the crowd at the Bar Mitzvah seudah of Pesach Tzvi Schmerling, today a shliach in Far Rockaway, New York, on Motzoei Shabbos, 19 Kislev, 5747/1986. The bar mitzvah was also a seudah in honor of Yud Tes Kislev.

While I see the similarity, in 5747 Reb Shimke Lazaroff had already some white hair in his beard…
