Paris Parade Brings Rebbe’s Message to the Masses
Mitzvah tanks rolled through Paris for Yud Alef Nissan, spreading Yiddishkeit across the city. The day concluded with a large farbrengen in honor of the Rebbe’s birthday.
As Chassidim around the world mark Yud Alef Nissan, chassidim in the French capital led a powerful day of mivtzoim.
Mitzvah tanks, led by Rabbi Shlomi Ben Soussan, shliach in Courbevoie, headed out this Sunday throughout Paris and the wider Île-de-France region, bringing light, joy, and Yiddishkeit in honor of the Rebbe’s 124th birthday.
The tanks fanned out across the city, offering passersby the opportunity to put on tefillin, receive Shabbos candles, and connect to Yiddishkeit, spreading the Rebbe’s message in a visible way.
The parade was followed by an uplifting farbrengen held at Beis Chaya Mushka. The event drew a large crowd and was marked by a warm, Chassidishe atmosphere filled with inspiration and achdus.
Participants heard meaningful and inspiring words from Rabbi Mendy Azimov and Rabbi Elchonon Marasow, who spoke about the significance of the day and the Rebbe’s enduring impact.
In addition, mechiras chometz was arranged on site by Rabbi Levi Khan, helping attendees prepare for Pesach both practically and spiritually.
