Ahead of Yud Shevat, celebrating the Rebbe’s seventy-fifth leadership anniversary, the Talmidim Hashluchim of Yeshiva Gedola – Kolel Torah Panama, headed by Rabbi Menachem M Shuchat, got “Farhered” on the first half of Baba Kama by Oholei Torah Rosh Yeshiva – Rabbi Shlomo Kaplan, who was truly amazed at the level that the Shluchim displayed both in Iyun & Girsa. Over Shabbos, Rabbi Kaplan led Shiurim and farbrengens preparing for Yud Shvat.  

The Zman concluded with the publication of the very first inaugural Panama Kovetz Ponim LaTorah, containing Shiurim and Haoros from the Hanhala, Talmidim and some of the various Rabbis that have visited the Yeshiva in Panama.

Amongst the essays are Shiurim from Rav Bentzion Algazi (Head of Tzurba & Ramat Gan Yeshiva), Rav Aaron Laine (Chief Ashkenazi Rabbi & Head Shliach of Panama), Rav David Perets (Chief Sepharadic Rabbi of Panama), Rav Leibel Shuchat (Rosh Yeshiva – Venezuela) and famous Posek Rav Hirshel Shechter (RIETS-YU).
