A Pan Kloli was read at the ohel of Reb Levi Yitzchak on behalf of the hundreds of visitors who came to spend Chof Av in Alma Ata.

The Pan was read by Rabbi Moshe Kotlarsky, Vice Chairman of Merkos, in the presence of hundreds of Shluchim, Anash, Mashpiim and yidden from all over the world.
