Or HaChasidus to Celebrate 20 Years at Inaugural Dinner

Two decades of spreading the wellsprings of Chasidus will be celebrated at Or HaChasidus’ Inaugural Gala Dinner, honoring the visionaries behind its success and unveiling plans for the future.

A gala dinner in Brooklyn will celebrate 20 years since the founding of Or HaChasidus, heralding a new chapter in hafatzas hamayanos.

Since its inception, Or HaChassidus has led the charge in bringing Chasidus and the Rebbe’s Torah to the broad and diverse Jewish world. Through initiatives such as weekly parsha publications, yomim tovim resources, curated collections of the Rebbe’s teachings, a mobile library, and other programs, Or HaChasidus has touched the lives of tens of thousands, enabling them to connect with and experience the treasures of the Rebbe’s Torah.

Taking place on Yud Daled Kislev, the Rebbe and Rebbetzin’s anniversary, a day symbolizing the unbreakable bond between the Rebbe and his Chasidim, the evening will combine reflection, inspiration, and vision for the future. Guests will be treated to live music by Berel Zuker accompanied by Chony Milecki, an impressive video tribute highlighting 20 years of impact, and a Chassidishe farbrengen that promises to uplift and unite. Emceeing the event will be renowned speaker Rabbi Sholom Moshe Paltiel, shliach to Port Washington, Long Island. Or HaChasidus is also pleased to welcome its esteemed guest of honor, Rabbi Chaim Piekarski

The dinner will also honor several outstanding visionaries whose contributions have profoundly shaped the legacy of hafatzas hamayanos: The family of Rabbi Zushe Wilhelm z”l, recipients of the Legacy of Light Award; Rabbi Menachem Mendel & Hindy Hecht, receiving the Lamplighters Award; and Dovi and Racheli Minsky, along with Shneur and Yocheved Minsky, who will be recognized with the Chasidus Visionaries Award.

With an eye toward the future, this evening will not only celebrate past achievements but also unveil plans for expanding the mission of connecting even more Yidden to the Rebbe’s Torah. It is an exciting opportunity to come together as a community, strengthen our shared commitment to Hafatzas Hamayanos, and ensure the Rebbe’s teachings continue to inspire generations to come.
