Oholei Torah’s Moshiach Shiur Launches for 5786
Once a week, the bochurim of Oholei Torah Zal enjoy a fascinating Moshiach Shiur in the Beis Medrash, given by members of Hanhalah and guest lecturers, which is broadcast live on Anash.org. This week’s shiur was given by Rabbi Yehoshua Lustig.
Now is 34 plus years since the Rebbe gave Chassidim the mission of learning Inyonei Geulah U’Moshiach, which brings to live with Moshiach, with the express goal of bringing Geula.
The Rebbe also spoke about the great advantage of having a shiur in Inyonei Geulah U’Moshiach in order to increase the yearning for Moshiach.
Once a week, the bochurim of Oholei Torah Zal are treated to a fascinating Moshiach Shiur in the Beis Medrash, given by members of Hanhalah, along with frequent appearances by guest lecturers.
This past year, the shiur has been graced by many prominent guests. This Sunday was given by Rabbi Yehoshua Lustig of Oholei Torah.
Recordings of the shiurim from this year and past years have been made available for the public so that everyone everywhere can have the opportunity to take part.

Not sure how this applies here. The internet does not work on Radio waves or waves of any kind.
The Rebbe’s point at Elokus spreading around the world is relevant, even if the method is different (even with radio waves, you need a device to convert it into sound).
Perhaps because of the mistaken notion that the rebbe would support every foolish type of Technology that has been invented in the past 30 years to be used for so-called spreading elokus

see the first page of this sicha, where the Rebbe explains the yesodos of this inyan, including the famous mishna כָּל מַה שֶּׁבָּרָא הַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא בְּעוֹלָמוֹ, לֹא בְרָאוֹ אֶלָּא לִכְבוֹדוֹ, and everything means everything. so yes, every single type of technology can and should be used for the purpose of spreading Elokus.
(none of the above is giving a hechsher to any specific mossad/individual using any specific platform, that is a separate discussion and can be dealt with by rabbonim and mashpiim, just negating the premise that ch”v not every type of technology should be used for spreading Elokus)
Actually, it’s not a separate discussion at all.
We are throwing out the baby with the bath water in the name of “spreading elokus”.
A yeshiva bochur (and perhaps any chosid) has no business on Spotify or YouTube.

So the average guy needs to stand up and say it when something is wrong.
Bochurim on Spotify is wrong.
Some types of technology frumeh yidden are assur al pi Torah to look at, so obviously we must stay away.
