In the summer of 5750 (1990), R. Yossel Gutnick wrote to the Rebbe with concern over his business investments, and he expressed his distress that other than the Rebbe, he had no one to turn to.
The Rebbe replied in writing, and indicated that the response should be relayed immediately.
On the words that he “has no one to turn to” the Rebbe responded:

The Torah says explicitly says [that Hashem is close to us] “בכל קראנו אליו” “whenever we call out to Him.”
