In the city of Shymkent, an entire community came alive with joy.

A new Sefer Torah was welcomed into the Chabad center, led by Rabbi Mordechai and Shoshana Morozov, in a celebration filled with dancing, unity, and deep emotion.

Shluchim traveled from across Kazakhstan. Community members filled the streets. Sofer Rabbi Michoel Mishulovin from Moscow came especially for the event, and participants were honored with writing the final letters in the Sefer Torah.

It was a moment of unity, spiritual elevation, and true Simchas Torah.
