The shul ‘Tefillah L’Moshe’, was built in the Sharei Tzedek chessed center in the center or the Russian capital.
Attending the dedication was Chief Rabbi Berel Lazar who himself recovered from the virus recently. After the inaugural tefillah, the assembled sat down for a farbrengen, marking the yahrzeit of the Ohr Hachaim.
