A new and unique semicha program catering to English-speaking bochurim is opening for this coming year in Eretz Yisroel, under American-born Harav Chaim Hillel Raskin, Rosh Kolel of Kolel L’Rabbonei Chabad. The program provides full accommodation and learns to receive Heichal Shlomo semicha.

A new and unique semicha program is opening for this coming year in Eretz Yisroel, catering to the needs of English-speaking bochurim.

The Hebrew-language program will operate under the guidance and leadership of American-born Harav Chaim Hillel Raskin, rov of the community and Rosh Kolel of Kolel L’Rabbonei Chabad under Merkos 302. Other staff include Rabbi Menachem Mendel Tzirkus for Semicha and Rabbi Levi Doron for Chassidus.

The goal of the yeshiva is to prepare Chassidishe bochurim to receive semicha from the Rabbanut Harashit (Heichal Shlomo), with a deep understanding of halacha and clarity in learning.

Established in memory of Harav Dovid Chanzin a”h—longtime rov of the Chabad community in Petach Tikvah and member of Beis Din Rabbonei Chabad—the program offers a serious track of halacha learning combined with a strong Chassidishe atmosphere and shlichus opportunities.
