Chabad of RARA (Rural and Regional Australia) recently consecrated a Jewish section of a cemetery in Darwin. Rabbi Yossi Rodal, Director of Chabad of RARA, Reb Shaul Spigler and Reb Morry Wolko, flew to Darwin from Melbourne for 24 hours on this utmost holy mission. A minyan was assembled and the minhogim for consecrating a new cemetery were observed. Chabad of RARA administers to Jews in far-flung and out of reach communities in Australia’s vast countryside.
