Mrs. Rochel Pinson, who together with her husband Rabbi Nissan Pinson played a foundational role in building and strengthening Chabad activities and Jewish education across North Africa, passed away on Tuesday evening, 17 Shvat.

She was preceded in passing by her husband, Rabbi Nissan Pinson, who passed away on 24 Kislev 5768.
She is survived by her children: Rabbi Yosef Yitzchak Pinson, shliach in Nice, France – Rabbi Nochum Pinson, shliach in Brunoy, France – Rabbi Shmuel Pinson, shliach in Brussels, Belgium – Mrs. Faigy Hecht, shlucha in S.-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, France – Mrs. Tscherna Matusof, shlucha in Cannes, France.
