Mrs. Pesya Wolf, the daughter of the chossid Reb Avrohom Pariz, the wife of Rabbi Ephraim Wolf, director of Chabad institutions in Eretz Yisroel, and matriarch of a large Lubavitch family, passed away on Shabbos, 6 Av.
She was 100 years old.
Born on the 17th of Tammuz, 5684 (1924), in Vitebsk, Russia, she was the matriarch of the Chabad Wolf family.
She is survived by her children: Rabbi Noskeh Wolf, Nachalas Har Chabad, Eretz Yisroel; Rabbi Meni Wolf, Kfar Chabad, Eretz Yisroel; Rabbi Elyakim Wolf, Morristown NJ; Rabbi Binyomin Wolf, Crown Heights; Mrs. Braindy Deren, Lod, Eretz Yisroel; grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren
She was predeceased by her husband, Rabbi Ephraim Wolf, and her son Rabbi Berke Wolf, AH.
The funeral took place on Motzei Shabbos in Eretz Yisroel, leaving her home in Lod, to the Shamgar Funeral Home in Yerushalayim, and from there to the Chabad section on Har Hamenuchos.
