Mrs. Miriam Goldberg, a long time resident of Crown Heights and later Tzfas, Israel, passed away today, 18 Sivan.

Mrs. Miriam Goldberg, a long time resident of Crown Heights and later Tzfas, Israel, passed away today, 18 Sivan.

She worked extensively among the Russian-speaking community in New York, and was known as a great baalas chessed, always helpful to anyone in need.

She was known for her dedication and hiskashrus to the Rebbe.

In recent years, even when she was battling a serious illness she maintained a smile and optimism, and gave encouragement to all those around her.

She is survived by her children, Rabbi Chaim Mitnitsky – Kfar Chabad, Israel, and Mrs. Orna Dayan – New Jersey.

The Levaya took place today in Tzfat, Eretz Yisroel.
