Mrs. Channa Miriam Tarshish, a beloved mother and grandmother who lived in Chicago and North Miami Beach, passed away on Monday, 26 Nissan, 5780.
Mrs. Channa Miriam Tarshish, a beloved mother, and grandmother who lived in Chicago and North Miami Beach, passed away on Monday, 26 Nissan.
She was 71 years and suffered from the coronavirus.
Mrs. Tarshish was for many years an integral part of the anash community in Chicago.
Recently, she and her husband moved to North Miami Beach, Florida.
She is survived by her husband, Rabbi Avrohom Zelig Tarshish and children: Frummy Shubov – Toronto; Liba Silberstein – Chicago; Chaya Sara Shaul – Eli, Israel; Simmy Nodel – North Miami Beach; Elke Nodel – North Miami Beach; Yecheal Tarshish – Chicago; Yeshaia (Berky) Tarshish – Crown Heights; and Shoshana Brown – Cleveland; grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
