Mrs. Chanie Elewitz, a mother and mechaneches from Crown Heights, passed away on Wednesday, 20 Kislev.

She was 48 years old.

Chanie was known for her warm personality and kindness. She was a devoted mother and a dedicated teacher in Bais Rivkah for many years. 

She passed away after a prolonged illness.  

She is survived by her husband R’ Avraham Elewitz, and their six children: Mussie, Shternie, Mendel, Yossi, Nota, and Sholom Ber. 

She is also survived by her mother, Mrs. Rivkah Glick (Crown Heights), and her siblings: Motty Glick (Woodmere, NY), Mendy Glick (Pomona, NY), Raizel Rubin (Saratoga Springs, NY), Yehuda Glick (Crown Heights), Levi Glick (Hollywood, FL), Miriam Yager (Summerlin, Nevada), Sarah Korf (Crown Heights), Chaya Ehrentrei (Crown Heights), and Elazar Glick (Crown Heights). 

She was predeceased by her father R’ Shmuel Glick a”h.

Her levaya will be on Thursday, passing by 770 at 12:00 pm and kevura at 1:00 pm near the Ohel.

Her husband, children, mother, and siblings will be sitting Shiva at the Glick home, 471 Empire Blvd. Brooklyn, NY, 11213.

Miriam Yager will be sitting Shiva at her home, 8337 Hollow Wharf Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89128.

Motty Glick will be sitting Shiva at his home, 20 Burton Ave, Woodmere, NY 11598.

Levi Glick will be sitting Shiva at his home in Hollywood, FL.
