Moshe Laufer Releases New Chabad Album

Listen to the New Album: Thirteen years after his first Chabad album, Moshe Laufer unveils “Chabad 5,” an album packed with stunning musical compositions performed by outstanding musicians and choirs.

Thirteen years after his first Chabad album, Moshe Laufer unveils the fifth album in the prestigious series. Produced in collaboration with producer Levi Yitzchak Tubul, the latest installment is packed with stunning musical compositions, reaching new heights of emotion and joy.

The first four albums in the series made musical history, selling tens of thousands of copies and transforming certain songs into wedding hits. The new album features many moving tunes brought to life with Laufer’s masterful touch.

Contributing to the album’s richness are the popular children’s choir from Yossi Glick‘s ‘Shvach’ studios (“Yingerlach”), Chazan Aryeh Leib Hurwitz, Menachem Levy, and the ‘Yedidim’ choir, conducted by Yaakov Rotblatt. Benny Laufer also adds his musical talents with an arrangement of recent Yud Aleph Nissan songs.

The album showcases dozens of voices, numerous instruments, and a special selection of ancient nigunim—some well-known and others less familiar to the broader audience, composed by the Chabad Rebbes and prominent Chassidim. The innovative production and contemporary sound create a breathtaking result.

Top musicians from Israel and beyond, including Barak Aharon, Alon Hillel, Avi Singolda, Eli Laufer, Dor Asaraf, Golan Kolsh, and Danny Flam from New York, as well as musicians from Moshe Laufer’s Israeli Philharmonic Orchestra, participated in this project.

Launched on Tuesday, 25 Adar I, in memory of Rabbi Masoud ben Shlomo Tubul AH (with the project’s writing beginning on his birthday, 2 Iyar 5783), “Chabad 5” is an album brimming with authentic Chassidic joy and warm Jewish sentiment. Thanks to the meticulous production work, every music lover will enjoy it.
