The Lelover Rebbe of Yerushalayim, Rav Alter Biderman, visited the Marina Roshcha Shul – Moscow Chesed Center on Friday Rosh Chodesh Av. He was in town for a short visit and made sure to visit the center, one of the many activities administered by Chabad-Lubavitch in the Former Soviet Union, under the leadership of head shliach Rabbi Berel Lazar.
The Lelover Rebbe toured the facility and was duly impressed with the scope of the chesed and kiruv activities there. A beautiful reception was set up in his honor, and he spoke of the great work that the Rebbe’s shluchim do all over the world to bring the world closer to Moshiach.
