Harav Yosef Braun, executive member of the Crown Heights Beth Din, held a Q&A on the Halachos pertaining to Shabbos Erev Pesach.
Erev Pesach on Shabbos is one of the unusual events in the pattern of the Jewish calendar this year which have not occurred since 5768 / 2008. Other uncommon occurrences this year were Asarah b’Teves and Purim falling out on Fridays.
The next time this will take place will be in 2025 and then not again until 2045.
