Mivtza Torah Event Was More Than a Prize Ceremony

A grand event marking the conclusion of the year-long Mivtza Torah was held in Brunoy Mesivta. Menahel R’ Itche Nemenov highlighted that it wasn’t just a ceremony to give out prizes, rather to energize and motivate the bochurim to learn Torah and Chassidus with Yiras Shomayim.

At the Brunoy Mesivta, the end of the year’s Mivtza Torah for the 5784 academic year was celebrated with great joy and festivity. The bochurim worked hard and were diligent in their learning, both in Nigleh and Chassidus, earning valuable prizes as recognition and encouragement for their efforts and perseverance.

The final event took place this past Sunday in the large Zal of the Beis Baruch building on the Brunoy Yeshiva campus. Rabbi Yoel Eidelman, the head of the division, thanked the sponsors and expressed his gratitude to the dedicated educational staff of the yeshiva, who devote themselves wholeheartedly to the bochurim, with the results speaking for themselves.

The mashpi’im, Rabbi Dovid Forst and Rabbi Mendel Abrams, as well as the maggidei shiurim, Rabbi Mendel Eidelman, Rabbi Shmuel Labkovsky, Rabbi Elchanan Wilhelm, and Rabbi Shimon Eisenbach, also participated. The yeshiva’s menahel gashmi, Rabbi Mendel Gurevitch, shared the importance of learning and investing in one’s studies.

The yeshiva’s director, R’ Itche Nemenov, encouraged the boys, emphasizing that Torah study is not just about learning but about putting it into practice. He reminded everyone that the event was not a ceremony to give out prizes, but about energizing and motivating the bochurim to learn Torah and Chassidus with Yiras Shomayim.

Parents of the students, both fathers and mothers, also attended the event and expressed heartfelt thanks to the yeshiva administration for their dedication to their sons’ growth.
