On Motzei Shabbos, shluchim and sons from Maryland, DC, and Virginia came together for learning and a special Melave Malka Farbrengen for Yud Tes-Chof Kislev. The special program was arranged and hosted by Chabad of Bethesda as part of their weekly Avos U’Bonim Motzei Shabbos learning.

This past Motzei Shabbos, Shluchim from Maryland, DC, and Virginia came together with their sons for a special Melave Malka and Farbrengen to celebrate Yud Tes-Chof Kislev. The special program was organized and hosted by Chabad of Bethesda as part of their regular Avos U’Bonim Motzei Shabbos learning that takes place at the Chabad Center during the winter months.

After the regular learning time for each father with their children, the participants watched an extended clip of a Yud Tes Kislev Farbrengen with the Rebbe. They then partook of a catered buffet and sat down to a farbrengen that included stories and divrei hisoirerus from many of the Shluchim present.

R’ Sender Geisinsky of Chabad of Bethesda remarked that it was truly beautiful to see the growing family of Shluchim in the area coming together with their children to learn and farbreng, especially on such an important yoma dipagra. “There is no doubt that it gave the Rebbe, our Mishaleach, tremendous nachas”
