45 years ago (5740/1980), during the month of Cheshvon, the Rebbe said a Maamer following the murder of a Lubavitcher Chossid. The key point of the Maamer is “How is it possible that after this lengthy golus in which the Yidden suffered from decrees and massacres, we are still in golus?!”
