The talmidim hashluchim of the Yeshiva Gedola of Moscow, under the leadership of Rosh Yeshiva Rabbi Yechezkel Lazar and Rosh Machon Semicha Rabbi Dovid Rosenzweig, were tested by London rov and dayan, Rabbi Levi Yitzchak Raskin, on the halachos of Basar B’chalav.

Rabbi Raskin expressed great admiration for the students’ broad knowledge and engaged them in discussion on practical halachic questions that arise in day-to-day rabbinic work.
