Dozens of chassidim from various circles crowded the large Sukka of Merkaz Chassidus in Stamford Hill, London, for the annual Chol Hamoed farbrengen led by Kfar Chabad Rosh Yeshiva, Rabbi Moshe Wolberg. Yom Tov farbrengens and shiurim were led by Rabbi Zalman Hyzler of Yerushalayim.
A crowd of over a hundred and fifty people from many different circles joined the annual chol Hamoed Fabrengen, held at the large Sukka of Merkaz Chassidus, London. In his unique style, Rabbi Moshe Wolberg explained the ideas of Sukkos both in Nigleh and then in Chassidus, weaving them together with their message for life.
This fabrengen was in addition to many Shiurim and nightly Sukkos fabrengens with guest Mashpia, Rabbi Zalman Hyzler of Yerushalayim, who gave shiurim and fabrenged both before Yom Kippur and Sukkos, as well as every night of Chol Hamoed, each for many hours. Rabbi Hyzler also led fabrengens on Shmini Atzeres, Simchas Torah and Shabbos Bereshis, attracting over forty people.
A new initiative established at the Shabbos Bereshis Fabrengen, was to create a group of people who will learn the same Maamer and discuss it, with over twenty people who took it upon themselves to learn the same Limmud for an hour twice during the week and again on Shabbos. Special Kovtziom were printed for all participants.
These Shiurim and fabrengens were organised by Rabbi Avremel Raskin.
