The unprecedented time we are living in has also brought unprecedented Halachic questions. With shuls shut, yeshivos closed and weddings and other celebrations essentially canceled, Rabbonim are being asked questions they haven’t been asked their entire life.
- I was hospitalized from coronavirus and I recovered bh. Do I need to make Hagomel?
- How can we name our daughter without Krias Hatorah?
- What are the halachic parameters for ‘porch minyanim’?
These and other questions are coming up in every Jewish house across the world. To answer some of these questions, Harav Gedalya Oberlander, rov of Heichal Menachem in Monsey, NY, and member of Vaad Rabbonei Lubavitch, will be answering your timely shailos in an exclusive shiur on Anash.org.
The shiur will take place on Sunday, 16 Iyar – May 10th at 7:00 pm EDT and will be streamed exclusively on Anash.org.
Shailos can be emailed to [email protected].
About Nefilas Apayim when there aren’t any Sefarim,
You don’t need to come to the story Mipi Hashemuah that the Rebbe did so on the way back from the Ohel,
In winter 5752 they started doing Mincha on sunday Before Dollars, in Gan Eden Hatachton, and there weren’t any Seforim besides for the Sidurim, and the Rebbe would do Nefilas Apayim.
Thank you Anash.org and thank you Rabbi Oberlender.
I hope this will be ongoing!
Keep this up!
