Crown Heights families gathered outside 770 for a special Hakhel kiddush levana and joyous dancing in accordance with the Rebbe’s sicha delivered 30 years ago.

The dancing was accompanied by singers Chony Zucker and Shmuel Dovid Shmueli.

A special program was also held for children, with the 12 pesukim, a fire and juggling show, and many exciting raffles.
