The Karnowsky family dedicate a new Sefer Torah on Sunday in memory of their son and brother Shmuel Karnowsky a”h, on the eve of his 3rd yahrzeit.
Writing of the final letters took place in the Karnowsky home followed by dancing and procession to Heichel Shmuel at Oholei Torah 667 Eastern Parkway.
