A stunning Mikvah was inaugurated at the Chabad House in Sarcelles Villages, in the northern suburbs of Paris, France, led by shliach Rabbi Menachem Mendel Bitton.

The event was attended by donors, community members, and many visitors from all over the region. Sarcelles shliach, Rabbi Yaakov Bitton, addressed the event.
