“The theme of the event will be focused on uniting children through a letter in a Sefer Torah,” said Rabbi Zevi Wineberg, director of Tzivos Hashem, Johannesburg, “In times like we find ourselves in today, we need to increase in positive projects which specifically focus on the kids.”
