The TAG team communicated this message to Anash.org for the benefit of the community.
Dear fellow community members,
We hope this email finds you and your loved ones safe and in good health. We all are davening for the situation we are in to end completely and for a refuah for those who are affected.
The TAG mobile has been coming to Crown Heights on Wednesday evenings for over a year to install and service internet filters. This Wednesday, we will not be coming since we do not feel that would be responsible.
Since our community schools have closed we understand that children are learning online using computers and other devices. We are available to install filters on all devices remotely. Which include, computers smartphones and tablets. Unfortunately at this time we can not install any new filters on basic phones remotely.
If you are interested in installing or servicing a filter or have any further questions please email [email protected]. Please include the best phone number to reach you on and we will try to respond in a timely manner.
This is only a temporary solution until we can continue coming to Crown Heights on Wednesdays and may Moshiach come immediately when the Nevuah of Yeshaya will be fulfilled, בִּלַּ֚ע הַמָּ֙וֶת֙ לָנֶ֔צַח וּמָחָ֨ה ד’ אלוקים דמְעָ֖ה מֵעַ֣ל כָּל־פָּנִ֑ים.
