Yesterday, an incredibly moving moment took place at the Bris Milah clinic of Chabad Shliach to Russian speakers in Netanya, with Rabbi Menachem Mendel Teichman.
As the coffins of the Bibas children were returned to Israel from the brutal and evil hands of Hamas, a 26-year-old Jewish man underwent Bris Milah. He chose the name “Kfir Ariel” in memory of the two young Bibas children, HYD.
