Historic ‘Kohanim Bridge’ Inaugurated in Haditch

A historic event took place in Haditch, Ukraine, with the inauguration of the “Kohanim Bridge.” This new bridge will, for the first time in almost one hundred years, allow kohanim to approach the Ohel of the Alter Rebbe.
The honor of inaugurating the bridge was given to Yehuda Kaplon, President Trump’s special envoy for combating antisemitism, who also recited Birchas Kohanim. Mayor Vladimir Nistrenko expressed his thanks to Rabbi Shneor Zalman Deitsch, the Rav of Haditch and the Rebbe’s shliach responsible for overseeing the tziyun compound.
The event was emceed by journalist Shlomo Rizel. Among those present were Menachem Gishayd, Mendy Rizel, and other notable personalities.
