Do you know somebody who is ventilated and needs help communicating?
Sara Rogalsky is sharing a picture board she created, to enable the sick to better express their needs to hospital staff and family, as they become more alert and coherent.
The picture board displays a wide array of needs, from requesting pain medication to wanting to learn with a family member. Some blank spaces have been left empty so family or hospital staff can fill as needed.
Some printing ideas:
- Request the hospital to print (won’t be colored)
- Print it same day pickup at walgreens: https://photo.walgreens.com/store/board-prints-details?tab=photo_Posters-Board)
- Print and laminate locally.
