Help Fulfill a Holocaust Survivor’s Lifelong Wish

Moshe Weissfish, a Holocaust survivor, devoted his life to help establish and support Israel and Jewish communities around the world.

This past Shabbos, Moshe unexpectedly passed away in Silverdale, WA, far from the home he loved—Israel.

His one fervent wish, shared with his wife, rabbi, and close friends, was to be buried in Israel. Though he couldn’t return to Israel in life due to his health, his dream to rest in the land he cherished remains.

Moshe did not leave behind any children or close family. His grieving wife has reached out to us, asking for help to fulfill his final wish. The cost of transporting him to Israel and arranging a proper burial is $25,000, a sum she cannot afford.

Moshe dedicated his life to the Jewish people, and now, as his extended family, it’s our turn to honor him. Let’s come together to bring Moshe home, to lay him to rest in Israel, surrounded by the few distant family members he has left.

Please open your heart and help bring Moshe home with the utmost respect he deserves.
