Hatzalah of Crown Heights held its annual health symposium and raffle for the members of the Crown Heights community last night, Motzei Shabbos Vayechi.
The events speakers were Dr. Lynn Model, Pediatric surgeon at Maimonides Medical Center and Dr. Kenneth D. Gibbs, President and CEO of Maimonides Medical Center.
The Melava Malka featured a delicious spread of dairy and parev food catered by Benny Turk of Turk Cateres, a wine bar by Yudi and Mendy Eber of Eber’s Wines and Liquors.
The MC for the evening was Mendy Pellin. Musical entertainment was by singer Eli Marcus and the Shira Choir.
The winner of the $25,000 cash prize is Alexander Weisz from Crown Heights.
