In preparation for Shnas Halimudim 5785, the Mechanchim of the ‘Ohr Menachem’ continuum gathered to gear up, refresh, and grow their Chinuch repertoire.

Before the Yeshivos began, we held a Mechanchim Kinus for 4 Mosdos: Cheder ‘Ohr Menachem,’ Yeshiva TTL Queens, Yeshiva TTL Poconos, and Chayolei Beis Dovid – Vocational Yeshiva.

The training days began with joint sessions led by Master Mechanech and legendary Chossid Rabbi Nachman Yossef Twersky on ‘Tracht Gut in Chinuch’ and Rabbi Shlomo Sternberg who guided the educators into the intricacies of navigating a wholesome Chassidishe Chinuch while living in a technological driven world!

Following the joint sessions, the conference featured breakout workshops tailored to specific age groups and educational settings: Cheder, Mesivta, Zal, and Vocational Chinuch. These workshops were followed by round-table staff meetings and sessions for each Mosad’s Mechanchim with their respective Hanhala.

The workshops and sessions were led by distinguished presenters and faculty, including Rabbi Nachman Yossef Twersky, Rabbi Shlomo Sternberg, Rabbi Avigdor Zeitlin, Rabbi Moshe Lieblich, Rabbi Avrohom Rainitz, Rabbi Zalman Goldstein, Rabbi Mendel Yusewitz, Rabbi Mendel Silman, and Rabbi Mendel Namdar.

The diverse range of expert educators and leaders ensured a rich and informative experience for all participants.

The Kinus reached its climax with an exquisite banquet.

Following a special video presentation of the Rebbe on Chinuch, the banquet was led by Master of ceremonies Rabbi Zalman Goldstein, Reb Itche Mishulovin lead the crowd in the Rebbe’s Kapitel.

The esteemed mechanchim were addressed at the banquet by: Rabbi Mendel Hendel, Rabbi Menachem Aizenman, Rabbi Sholom Dovid Geisinsky, Rabbi Zalman Liberow, Rabbi Mendel Yusewitz, Rabbi Mendel Silman, and Rabbi Mendy Baruch.

Throughout the event, beautiful melodious nigunim were played by a renowned violin artist.

All were left elated and inspired to educate throughout Shnas Halimudim 5784 with renewed vigor!
