In preparation for Shnas Halimudim 5785, the Mechanchim of the ‘Ohr Menachem’ continuum gathered to gear up, refresh, and grow their Chinuch repertoire.
Before the Yeshivos began, we held a Mechanchim Kinus for 4 Mosdos: Cheder ‘Ohr Menachem,’ Yeshiva TTL Queens, Yeshiva TTL Poconos, and Chayolei Beis Dovid – Vocational Yeshiva.
The training days began with joint sessions led by Master Mechanech and legendary Chossid Rabbi Nachman Yossef Twersky on ‘Tracht Gut in Chinuch’ and Rabbi Shlomo Sternberg who guided the educators into the intricacies of navigating a wholesome Chassidishe Chinuch while living in a technological driven world!
Following the joint sessions, the conference featured breakout workshops tailored to specific age groups and educational settings: Cheder, Mesivta, Zal, and Vocational Chinuch. These workshops were followed by round-table staff meetings and sessions for each Mosad’s Mechanchim with their respective Hanhala.
