Seen in Crown Heights over Sukkos: A TV crew from the Calabria region in Italy who came to film a documentary about the famed ‘Calabria esrogim‘.
The TV crew spent time in 770, filming the tefillos, focusing on hallel and hoshanos when the crowd of thousands are holding their daled minim, with the vast majority using Calabria esrogim, as is Chabad custom.
They also filmed the Simchas Beis Hashoeva celebration and other Yom Tov happenings around the community.
Accompanying them was Chabad scholar Rabbi Eliyahu Matusof, who just recently published a sefer on the halacha, minhag and mesora of Calabria esrogim.
