With all the craziness going on around the world, many shuls and institutions were sadly forced to close their doors for the first time ever.
Kovetz Ha’oros U’biurim Oholei Torah, which recently celebrated their 40th year of consecutive Kovtzim starting in 5740, was not ready to break the streak so quickly.
The Mareches worked together from 5 different locations and after pulling off a special kovetz for Yud Alef Nissan was dedicated to Rosh Yeshiva Rabbi Yisroel Friedman, they continued their hard work and printed another kovetz for this Shabbos.
Although we were unable to print hard copies, it is our pleasure to put out a PDF of the Kovetz.
The kovetz was dedicated in the memory of Reb Yisroel Aryeh Leib, brother of the Rebbe.
It goes to show that nothing can stand in the way of a Yid and Torah. Even in the worst of times we are always connected.
“This being said, we encourage our readers to continue to write Haoros,” organizers said.
The next Kovetz will iy”h be in honor of Shavuos.
