Kotlarsky Father and Son Lead This Year’s Shluchim Roll Call
5813 shluchim families from all 50 states and 110 countries were recognized at the traditional shluchim roll call led this year by Rabbi Moshe Kotlarsky, who was joined by his son Rabbi Mendy Kotlarsky. The crowd then broke out into spontaneous dancing.
