Dr. Gershom Taub, a member of the Lubavitcher community of Chicago who was known to cherish davening, passed away in Pittsburgh on Monday night, 16 Kislev.
Dr. Gershom Taub, a member of the Lubavitcher community of Chicago who was known to cherish davening, passed away on Monday night, 16 Kislev.
He was 90 years old.
Dr Taub served as a psychologist for many years. He was known to cherish Torah learning and spend considerable time in davening.
He was a longtime member of the Chicago Lubavither community and more recently moved to Pittsburgh where he passed away.
He is survived by his wife Rivkah and children Rabbi Shais Taub (Cedarhurst, NY), R’ Dovid Taub (Pittsburgh, PA), and Rachel Klein (Boston, MA.)
Levaya will take place on Wednesday at Menorah Gardens in Chicago.
Shiva will take place in Chicago at the Shanes Residence – 321 Red Oak Lane, Highland Park, IL 60035.
