Download: The Two Essential Maamarim to Study for Yud Shevat
For the auspicious day of Yud Shevat, Sichos in English has made the English translation of the Frierdiker Rebbe’s Basi LeGani (Chapters 1–5) and the Rebbe’s Basi LeGani 5711 available as a digital resource.
As Chassidim worldwide mark the auspicious day of Yud Shevat, the central focus of the day is studying the teachings that define it.
To facilitate the Rebbe’s directive and ensure these fundamental texts are immediately accessible for study today, Sichos in English is offering a complimentary digital edition of the relevant Maamarim.
The release includes two distinct tracks for the day’s learning:
1. Basi LeGani 5710 In adherence to the Rebbe’s instruction to say over in the first five Perakim of the Frierdiker Rebbe’s Maamar, this download contains Chapters 1–5, fully translated and elucidated. These chapters are excerpted from the acclaimed Lessons in Basi LeGani series.
2. Basi LeGani 5711 In addition to the yearly cycle, SIE is providing the Rebbe’s inaugural Maamar, Basi LeGani 5711. As the Maamar that set the course for the Seventh Generation, reviewing it on this day is essential to realigning with the core mission of the Rebbe’s leadership. This text is excerpted from Lessons in Maamarim.
Both resources are presented with the clear, accessible translation and explanation that the public has come to expect from Sichos in English.
