Ahead of Shnas Halimudim 5786, a Kinus Mechanchim was held for a continuum of four mosdos: Cheder Ohr Menachem, Yeshivas TTL Queens, Yeshivas TTL Poconos, and Chayolei Beis Dovid Vocational Yeshiva, to gear up, refresh, and grow their chinuch repertoire.

Ahead of Shnas Halimudim 5786, a Mechanchim Kinus was held for a continuum of four mosdos: Cheder Ohr Menachem, Yeshivas TTL Queens, Yeshivas TTL Poconos, and Chayolei Beis Dovid – Vocational Yeshiva, to gear up, refresh, and grow their chinuch repertoire.

The training days began with joint sessions led by master mechanech and legendary chossid Rabbi Shlomo Majeski on “The Future of All of Us – In Your Hands!” and Rabbi Levi Yitzchok (Leivke) Kaplan, who guided and inspired, sharing tips on creating and owning a koch in limud haTorah.

Following the joint sessions, the conference featured breakout workshops tailored to specific age groups and educational settings: Cheder, Mesivta, Zal, and vocational chinuch. These workshops were followed by round-table staff meetings and sessions for each mosad’s mechanchim with their respective hanhala.

The workshops and sessions were led by distinguished presenters and faculty, including Rabbi Tzvi Hirsh Lustig, Rabbi Menachem Aizenman, Rabbi Menachem Mendel Dov Yusewitz, Rabbi Nachman Yossef Twersky, Rabbi Yossi Feiginson, Rabbi Menachem Mendel Silman, and Rabbi Nissim Lagziel.

The diverse range of expert educators and leaders ensured a rich and informative experience for all participants.

Following the successful Kinus HaMechanchim, the refreshing day reached its climax with an exquisite banquet.

The banquet was led by Master of ceremonies Rabbi Zalman Goldstein. Poischim B’dvar Malchus—first the mashpia of YTTL Pocono Rabbi Shmuel Newman shared a Rashi sicha connected to chinuch. Rabbi Itche Mishulavin of the Vaad HaRuchni led the crowd in the Rebbe’s kapitel.

The Rosh Yeshiva of YTTL Queens Rabbi Sholom Dovid Geisinski described his experience working with our bochurim, and their heightened levels of hiddur mitzva and limud haTorah with much emotion.

As at a chassidishe farbrengen as this one, all broke out in a heartfelt niggun of Hinei Ma Tov in brotherly comradery.

Onward, esteemed mechanchim addressed the banquet: Rabbi Shmerel Matusof, Rabbi Zalman Liberow. The highlight and keynote of the evening was the address of the menahel kloli Rabbi Menachem Mendel HaKohen Hendel who spoke of the Rebbe’s guidance and care he sees on every step, and the Rebbe’s concern for every detail in the mosdos.

All were left elated and inspired to educate throughout shnas halimudim 5786 with renewed vigor!
