The usually busy streets of Crown Heights fell nearly silent today, as most Crown Heights residents remain in their homes in response to calls from Rabbonim and local officials to self-isolate to help prevent the spread of the virus.

The usually busy streets of Crown Heights fell nearly silent today, as most Crown Heights residents remain in their homes in response to calls from Rabbonim and local officials to self-isolate to help prevent the spread of the virus.
People over 65 and those with underlying health conditions have been asked to completely self-isolate at home, and refrain from receiving any visitors.
Even young healthy individuals without any symptoms, although not required to self-isolate at home, should nevertheless practice social distancing. This means not gathering in groups or clusters and maintaining distance from others when feasible.
