Community Welcomes Torah in Memory of Rabbi Moshe Miller
A new Sefer Torah in memory of Rabbi Moshe Miller and donated by his family was welcomed by the Crown Heights community and brought to the Beis Shmuel shul in the Jewish Children’s Museum.
